Re:generation – Harrow Churches Schools Link is seeking to appoint a new Schools Work Coordinator.

Re:generation seeks to introduce the Christian faith to children in the London Borough of Harrow and does this by direct contact in schools in collaboration with partner churches. We are seeking to grow this work by enhancing our relationship with our partner schools, supporting them in their work, engaging with
schools that we do not currently visit and by further supporting the network of local church workers and volunteers.
To do this we require a dynamic and motivated individual who shares our vision. A clear ability to communicate and coordinate with a wide range of people is essential. As the successful candidate becomes familiar with our current programmes we would encourage them to adapt these and develop new programmes for children in primary education and to share these with other schools workers and volunteers. Although there will be direct involvement with children and young people, we are seeking a person who is confident to delegate and envision, equip and train others.

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours), although a flexible arrangement can be agreed.
Salary: Full time – £27,000 p.a. or pro-rata.
